So, I just read that this photographer on DevArt (and in America, it seems) has been taking photos of cosplayers at cons AND SELLING BODY PILLOWS OF THEIR IMAGES.
The cosplayers DID sign a release form BUT no where on the form did it specify or clarify that their images will be sold to pervs who will be wanking all over it. JUST FOR ADVERTISEMENT.
It should also be noted that none of the cosplayers who had their photos taken by 2image solutions RECEIVED ANY PART OF THE PROFITS. Nor were they informed that their images were used on any products other than possibly copies of prints for themselves.
Of course, when the photog and his little business was called out on it, they made a backtrack, a lame apology and supposedly send any of those products "back" to the unwitting models who probably just want to set all those items on fire despite the photog insisting that "As a sign of good faith, we will send any prints and pillows we have already created to the people printed on them free-of-charge. This will enable them to decorate their rooms with them or share them with friends and family as they see fit."

People: Watch out. They're plenty of unethical creepers who want to take advantage of you in soooo many different ways.
